How Do Private Events Work?
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a girls’ night, or just looking for a reason to get artsy with your favorite people, a private event at Create Studios is the perfect way to gather, create, and have a blast.
Here’s the scoop:
🎉 Private Party Minimum
There is a $250 minimum to book a private event. This can cover you and your guests' class fees—so round up the crew and let’s get crafty!
📝 Custom Registration Page
Once your date is picked, I’ll whip up a private registration page just for your party. Share it with your guests so they can register and pay individually—easy peasy.
📅 Secure Your Date
To lock in your event, the $250 minimum must be met no later than one week before your party. If it's not met by then, the date opens back up to the wild.
📆 Check the Calendar—Then Message Us!
You can check out our calendar to see if your preferred date is open. But even if something is scheduled, don’t give up hope—if no one’s signed up yet, we might be able to move it for you. Just shoot us a message and we’ll see what we can do!

🎁 Gift Time? Plan Ahead!
If you’d like to open gifts during your party, that’s totally fine—but it needs to be worked into the class time. Make sure to plan accordingly so we can still finish your fabulous project.
🍕 Bring Your Own Snacks & Sips
Feel free to bring food, drinks, and whatever treats make your party extra fun. We are now alcohol free due to changes in the law. Just remember—the host is responsible for all setup, cleanup, and making sure things look just as lovely when you leave as when you arrived.
⏰ Set-Up & Clean-Up Time
You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your event to set up, and you’ll have 30 minutes after to pack up and tidy.
⚡️ Last-Minute Booking?
Need to throw something together fast? If your event is booked less than a week out, there’s a $100 rush fee added to the total. (I’ll still make it magical—just with a little less sleep!)
