By registering for a class, workshop, or event hosted by Create Studios, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
 
Participant Cancellations
 
All participant-initiated cancellations, refunds, and transfer requests are subject to the cancellation policy stated within the applicable Eventbrite event listing at the time of purchase.
Create Studios does not override or modify Eventbrite cancellation windows once registration is completed.
 
No-Show Policy
 
Failure to attend a scheduled class without cancelling within the Eventbrite cancellation window constitutes a no-show.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling

• This policy applies regardless of the reason for absence, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or travel delays
   

Weather and Emergency Exceptions
 
In the event of severe weather conditions, government-issued advisories, or other widespread emergencies that reasonably impact safe travel or studio operations, Create Studios reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer:

• A rescheduled class date, or

• A studio credit for future use

Such exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Participants must notify Create Studios as soon as reasonably possible.
 
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
 
If Create Studios cancels a class for any reason, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, facility issues, or severe weather:

• Participants will be offered a full refund or

• The option to reschedule for a future class

Create Studios shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, lodging, or third-party expenses.
 
Materials and Capacity
 
Class enrollment is limited, and materials are prepared in advance. Once a class begins, unused materials and reserved seats cannot be reassigned or refunded.
 
Policy Modifications
 
Create Studios reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of registration shall apply.
